Who Are We? We are the Official CowParade Web Store, which is owned and operated by CowParade, the creators of the world’s largest public art event. Each item sold on our store is 100% authentic, CowParade. Each cow figurine (large, medium and mini) is an exact replica of a life-size cow from one of our worldwide, public art events. Shipping. CowParade ships all orders within 1 business day. For USA customers, UPS is our exclusive carrier. The chart to the right shows UPS Ground Shipping rates. We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more!

Shipping Next day and 2nd day shipping are available and all options are provided at checkout. (Orders shipped to AK, PR, VI, Guam and HI must be shipped by 2nd day air.)

Payment Options. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which will encrypt all submitted information.

Sales Tax. All orders shipped to Connecticut addresses will be subject to 6.35% sales tax in accordance with State law. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

Returns. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Any return must be in its original condition with its box and hangtag. To process a return, please contact us at service@cowparade.com.
