International Orders
Which countries do we accept orders from? The CowParade Web Stor accepts orders from and ships to every country, including countries in Europe, Asia, South America and Africa. Please contact us if you do not see your country in the drop down menu at checkout and we will assist you with an order to your country.
International Shipping with United States Postal Service. We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer USPS Priority and Express shipping options. By our recent experience, the new Express services saves a lot of time. The Express service is costs 10 to 15% higher more than Priority.
The service times to each country varies. Generally, you can expect the following service times:
USPS Priority: 9-16 Days*
USPS Express: 5-8 Days
It may take several more days and up to an additional week to arrive to you, depending on the speed of your country’s postal service and customs department.
*Customers from Mexico, Cyprus, Italy, Brazil Colombia, chile, and other South American countries should select USPS Express. In our experience, there have been unexpected delays shipping to these countries by USPS Priority.
Customs Duties and Taxes. The shipping charges you pay CowParade do not include customs fees, import taxes or duties. Your order will be charged customs fees (taxes, duties) by your country when the package arrives. We have no control over these fees. The fees are assessed by your government.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will returned to CowParade and we may be charged for customs fees and/or return shipping costs. We will deduct the amount of any such fees from any refund due to you.
*Shipping charges do NOT include customs fees, import taxes or duties imposed by your country.
